Disputes and Complaints
In the event of a dispute or a complaint from the client, the contracting parties undertake to seek an amicable settlement in the first instance.
The client may submit their complaint to the firm’s address, or to their usual adviser or account manager, who will have 10 days to acknowledge receipt and then two months from receipt of the complaint to respond.
If an amicable settlement cannot be reached, the parties may, as a second step, refer the matter to the consumer ombudsman:
